I analogize the conference to going out to eat every hour, some presentations I truly enjoyed; Others did not suit my pallet.  Overall, I would rate the event as a total success.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some presentations I viewed in chronological order that were definite highlights during my trip.<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:TSQL theme:epicgeeks nums:false\" title=\"pseudo code\">\r\nMatthew Roche & Peter Myers - 10 Extraordinary Things to Achieve \r\n    with Integration Services 2012.\r\n\r\nDevin Knight - Adapting Your ETL Solutions to Use SSIS 2012. \r\n\r\nKalen Delaney - Storing ColumnStore Indexes.\r\n\r\nBrent Ozar - Real-Life SQL 2012 Availability Group Lessons Learned.\r\n\r\nKendra Little - Index Psychiatry: Diagnose and Treat the Top 5 Disorders.\r\n\r\nPaul White - Query Optimizer Deep Dive.\r\n\r\nTim Ford - You Can Do That with T-SQL?\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In summary, if you can get the chance to go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sqlpass.org\/summit\/2013\/\">Summit 2013<\/a> Conference in October at Charlotte NC, please do.
